If your shoe size does not exactly match the available size, simply cut the insole following the integrated cutting line around the outline: remove the original insole from your shoe, place it on the new one as a template, trace the outline with a pencil, and cut with scissors. Adjust with small successive cuts until the perfect fit is achieved. Then insert the insole with the cushioned side facing up, preferably with the original insole removed.
